Finance Act 2019 provisions amending the Indian Stamp Act to now come into force on July 1, 2020

The provisions of Part I, Chapter IV of the Finance Act, 2019, which pertain to the amendments to the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, shall now come into force on July 1, 2020.

The amendments were scheduled to come into force on April 1, 2020.
