FIR lodged against scooter rider who hurled abuses at Kerala High Court Justice A Badharudeen

According to the FIR, the incident occurred at 5:22 pm on Monday, July 20, when Justice Badharudeen was on his way back to his residence from the High Court in his official vehicle.
