Gaggar and Partners adds 4 Partners as part of “strategic growth”, moves to bigger office

Delhi-based law firm Gaggar and Partners has promoted Neha Mishra and Sumedha Dang to the partnership. The firm has also recently added two lateral Partners – Mithun Rebello and Nitish Sharma.

With these additions, the firm now has 7 Partners and a team of 20 Associates.

Gaggar and Partners also recently moved to a new and bigger office with state-of-the-art infrastructure at E-65, Vasant Marg, Vasant Vihar, Delhi.

Managing Partner Vaibhav Gaggar shared that the recent developments are part of a well-planned expansion strategy. He further added,

Speaking on the promotions, he said,

Neha and Sumedha are our home-grown litigators. Their breadth of knowledge, combined experience and strategic approach to resolving disputes in invaluable and will further expand G&P’s footprint in the legal space.

Neha Mishra specialises in Competition and anti-trust laws, with a special focus on issues dealing with mergers & acquisitions, cartelisation, and abuse of dominance. At the firm, she has been working closely with anti-trust regulator CCI, representing them on a number of critical matters before various forums. She is a 2008 graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune.

Sumedha Dang focuses on dispute resolution and arbitration related to the commercial, construction, real estate and infrastructure sectors. She regularly appears before various courts and judicial forums. She started her career with Sikri & Co., where she was dealing with service, labour, and education matters. Sumedha is a 2013 graduate from ILS Law College, Pune.

On the joining of Mithun and Nitish, Gaggar emphasized,

Mithun Rebello has over 15 years of experience. Mithun specializes in laws pertaining to gaming, technology, corporate structuring, regulatory compliances and foreign investment. He has worked extensively in the emerging market economy, particularly with new age technology and gaming companies including Quantum Skill Gaming & Tech and First Tech Systems & Solutions as their Strategic/Legal Director.  Mithun is a 2003 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.

Nitish Sharma joins the firm from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Nitish is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2014 batch). He specializes in anti-trust law, consumer protection laws, real estate laws etc. and regularly appears before various judicial forums in India.
