Citizens, courts should have confidence in goverment irrespective of party in power: Bombay High Court

"As citizens or courts, we need to have a certain level of confidence in the governance. It has to be kept alive," the Court said while hearing a plea against a proposal to develop a park in Mahalaxmi race course.
