Retired Gujarat HC Judge, PP Bhatt new Income Tax Appellate Tribunal President

Former judge of the Gujarat High Court, Justice PP Bhat has taken charge as the President of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). Following his retirement from the Gujarat High Court last month, Justice Bhat assumed charge of his new office as the ITAT head on October 24, 2018.
