A facility to auto-disseminate orders and judgments by e-mail to advocates will soon be launched at the Gujarat High Court..By this initiative, orders and judgments uploaded online will be sent as an email attachment to the advocates handling the case. Advocates wishing to avail this facility may register their email addresses with the IT Cell of the High Court. The e-mails auto-generated from the High Court IT servers may then be sent to the advocates..The launch of the initiative was approved by Acting Chief Justice Anant S Dave on the recommendation of the Information and Communication Technology and E-Governance Committee of the High Court. The Committee comprises of Justices SR Brahmbhatt, Bela M Trivedi, Sonia G Gokani, SH Vora and AY Kogje..As per a press release, the facility will be implemented from February 25 onwards.
