Gujarat High Court takes suo motu cognizance of rise in ragging incidents in colleges across State
A Bench headed by Chief Justice Aravind Kumar initiated the suo motu PIL based on a letter written by a sitting judge of the High Court highlighting the ragging menace in State colleges.
The Gujarat High Court on Monday took up suo motu cognizance of the rising incidents of ragging in educational institutions, particularly medical colleges, across the State.
