Gyanvapi-Kashi Vishwanath dispute: Varanasi court allows court commissioner to continue survey, videography inside mosque

A plea by Anjuman Intezamia Masajid alleging bias on the part of the court commissioner appointed to carry out the survey, was dismissed by Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar.

A Varanasi court on Thursday allowed a court-appointed commissioner to inspect, conduct videography and collect evidence regarding the alleged existence of Hindu deities inside the Gyanvapi Mosque located next to the Kashi Vishwanath temple.
