Harry Chawla announced as Managing Partner of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices; Atlas Law Partners merges with firm

Harminder (Harry) Chawla has assumed the role of Managing Partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

Chawla has been a lawyer for over three decades, and the formative years of his career were spent under the mentorship of the late Rajiv Luthra, founder of the firm.

A press release announcing the development quoted Rajiv's wife Gayatri Luthra as saying,

"Rajiv had begun the process of institutionalising the firm, basis which, I believe this to be the best step forward, especially since I have seen Rajiv and Harry share similar visions of growth, value systems and people development."

In related news, the entire team of Atlas Law Partners has merged with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices. The team from Atlas comprises 7 Partners including Ritu Bhalla and Niti Paul, as well as 26 Associates.

Speaking on the merger, Bhalla said,

"I see the integrated synergistic strength as bringing more value to the clients and an increased outreach as a full service law firm through consolidation and leveraging of combined legal talent."

On the merger, Chawla said,

The amalgamation will create a firm of 62 Partners and 215 Counsel.
