"Highest degree of double standard:" Single-judge of Calcutta High Court objects to sealed cover indulgence by Division Bench

The single-judge found that the Division Bench had fixed a course of action for him to follow. However, he stated that there was absolutely no reason for him to be prevented in such a manner.
