Hookah smoking in restaurant should be only in separate earmarked space; customers should not use ganja: Karnataka High Court

The Court directed that the police cannot harass the restaurant under the guise of inspection as hookah smoking is permitted. However, they can conduct periodic checks by giving notice to the business.
