Shreshth joins HSA from Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., prior to which he has worked with Interglobe Enterprises Ltd. and J. Sagar Associates..Nitish has over 9 years of experience in regulatory litigation as well as dispute resolution, service laws and public law remedies. He has undertaken litigation concerning a wide range of subjects including Electricity, commercial arbitration, issues pertaining to interpretation of commercial contracts, Intellectual Property Rights, contract and service laws. Nitish regularly appears before diverse Electricity Regulatory Commissions, APTEL, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Nitish joins HSA from DSK Legal.
