Hyderabad consumer court directs bus service provider to pay ₹10k compensation for cancelling confirmed ticket
The ticket was canceled on the ground of unavailability of bus. The service provided assured that the money would spent on the ticket would be refunded. Thereafter, complainant had to book another bus.
A consumer court in Hyderabad directed a bus service operator to to pay ₹10,000 as compensation to a person whose confirmed ticket was cancelled citing unavailability of bus.
