IDIA Football League to kick off in Mumbai on October 11

IDIA (Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access) has announced that the 8th edition of the IDIA Football League (IFL) will be coming to Mumbai.

The tournament brings together law firms, corporates and legal practitioners for a competitive yet meaningful cause of increasing diversity in the legal profession.

Team composition for IFL 2025

• Up to 10 players per team

• At least 2 qualified lawyers must be in the playing six

• Matches will last slightly over 15 minutes (7-minute halves with a 2-minute break)

• Unlimited rolling substitutions for player flexibility

Participation fee: ₹36,000/- per team

Team Composition and Match Format: Friends of IDIA Cup 2025

• Up to 12 players per team

• At least 3 qualified lawyers must be part of the playing eight

• 40-minute match (20-minute halves + 2-minute break)

• Unlimited rolling substitutions—keep the energy flowing!

Participation Fee: ₹2,500/- per player
