ILS Law College moves Bombay High Court against 77% reduction in fees

The College alleges that the amount prescribed by the fee fixation committee is abysmally low, compelling the institution to be run in severe losses and threatening its very existence.

The Indian Law Society (ILS) and ILS Law College have moved the Bombay High Court challenging the communication by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) that recommended an approximately 88% reduction in the "Other Activities Fees" and 77% reduction in total fees payable by students.
