Mumbai-based boutique M&A and corporate advisory firm RGM Legal has expanded its real estate, litigation and dispute resolution practice with the joining of Vatsal Shah, head legal of Indiabulls Real Estate in the firm..Founded in 2016 by Rishabh G.
