IndusLaw boosts litigation practice with Wadia Ghandy’s Swapnil Khatri

Wadia Ghandy Partner Swapnil Khatri has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office.

Swapnil Khatri has 10 years of extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution matters.

She frequently appears before Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal and other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial authorities.

She joined Wadia Ghandy in 2008 after graduating from Symbiosis Law School.

IndusLaw Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, Srinivasa Raghavan said,

“It has been the Firm’s goal to have a strong and competent litigation team across offices. Getting Swapnil on board will significantly enhance the Firm’s existing dispute resolution & litigation capability, in Mumbai.”

On her joining, Swapnil commented,
