IndusLaw has promoted Harman Walia and Mayukh Datta to partnership.

Harman is a 2011 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He specializes in M&A, Corporate Commercial Advisory, Joint Ventures and IBC. Before joining IndusLaw in 2017, he was working at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Mayukh is a 2012 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He specializes in Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A.
