International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad to hold its Curtain Raiser today [Watch Live]

The International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad will hold its Curtain Raiser and Stakeholders' Conclave on December 4 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC)..The event will see the Chief Justice of India NV Ramana as the Keynote speaker, a special address by the Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrashekar Rao and closing remarks by A Indirakaran Reddy (Minister for Law) at the inaugural session which Justice L. Nageswara Rao, (Judge, Supreme Court) will preside..The inaugural session will be followed by two panel sessions. The first panel session about “ADR Processes- User’s Expectations” will see Justice R. Subhash Reddy, (Judge, Supreme Court) as the Chairperson. Panellists will include Justice PS Narasimha (Judge, Supreme Court), Pallavi Shroff (Managing Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.), Promod Nair (Founder, Arista Chambers), Shailendra Komatreddy (Founder & Managing Partner, Tatva Legal, Hyd.) and Vivek Mittal (General Counsel, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories)..The second panel session about Relevance of Arbitration & Mediation will see Justice Hima Kohli (Judge, Supreme Court) as the Chairperson.
