Jammu & Kashmir High Court Collegium to recommend Senior AAG Mohsin Qadri for elevation as High Court Judge

The formal recommendation in this regard is expected to be sent to the Supreme Court Collegium and the Union Law Ministry shortly, an official source told Bar & Bench.
