Jammu & Kashmir High Court issues show cause notice to three lawyers for scandalous remarks against judiciary

The notices asking the lawyers to explain their position have been issued in connection with their opposition to shifting of the High Court from Janipur to Raika in Jammu.

The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court recently issued show cause notices to three advocates for allegedly making scandalous remarks against judiciary during a media interview on the Bar's opposition to shifting of Jammu bench from its current location at Janipur to Raika.
