Jammu & Kashmir students booked under UAPA for celebrating Pakistan's victory over India at ICC T20 World Cup

The FIRs were registered in Soura and Karan Nagar police stations of Srinagar for offences under Section 13 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Section 505 of IPC, a senior police officer informed.

The Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) police has registered two first information reports (FIRs) against medical students for offences under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) for allegedly shouting pro-Pakistan slogans after Pakistan cricket team defeated India in the ICC T-20 cricket match on Sunday.
