The State of Jharkhand moved the Supreme Court challenging summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to its Police Officers in the 2020 Toll Plaza scam case. .The counsel for State of Jharkhand mentioned the matter on Wednesday claiming it was an "extraordinary case" where the ED officers were summoning Jharkhand Police Officers in relation to the 2020 case.
