J&K High Court Bar Association at Jammu calls for strike over new Tenancy Act, pending infrastructure issues

The Bar Association has stated that despite repeated representations, its long-pending demand for construction of a multi-storey building for the Bar continues to remain unaddressed.

The Jammu & Kashmir High Court Bar Association at Jammu (JKHCBAJ) on Thursday announced a complete strike on Friday, November 21, in protest against the recent enforcement of the Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy Act, 2025 and other issues affecting the legal fraternity.
