Jobs for cash scam: Calcutta High Court cites conflict of interest in new Advocate General appearing for State

Justice Sinha opined that senior advocate Kishor Datta, who was recently appointed the Advocate General, should not appear for the State in the case since he had earlier represented one of the parties.
