Journalist moves Bombay High Court against commercial use of playground for Falguni Pathak event

A Mumbai-based journalist has filed a public interest litigation (PIL) petition before the Bombay High Court seeking directions to the authorities to prevent the commercial exploitation of the Late Pramod Mahajan Sports Complex in Mumbai suburbs for musical events including one by singer Falguni Pathak slated to be held from September 26 to October 5.
