The Arbitration Centre (Domestic & International), High Court of Gujarat, is organising a two-day conference on the theme “Institutional Arbitration at a Crossroads: Challenges & the Way Forward” on February 28 and March 1, 2026.

The conference is being held in collaboration with the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority under the aegis of the High Court of Gujarat.

The conference aims to foster discussion on the evolving landscape of institutional arbitration in India.

It will bring together judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts, former Chief Justices, senior advocates and arbitration practitioners to deliberate on structural, ethical and practical issues shaping arbitral processes.

Venue: Gujarat High Court Auditorium, Sola, Ahmedabad
