Karnataka High Court quashes 2015 FIR against former CM BS Yeddyurappa in land denotification case

Justice M Nagaprasanna passed the order on a plea by the former CM seeking quashing of the FIR registered against him on the basis of the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India.
