Kerala High Court seeks State's response in plea by traders against 'unscientific' restrictions on functioning of shops

The Court declined to issue any other directions for the time being in view of the fact that the State government is expected to reformulate lockdown guidelines this week.

The Kerala High Court on Monday directed the State government to file its response on a petition seeking relaxation on the restrictions imposed on the functioning of shops in the State (Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi v. State of Kerala).
