Kerala High Court orders arrest of Russian ship at Cochin Port Trust for unpaid dues to Estonian firm

The order was issued on an admiralty suit instituted by an Estonian firm, seeking a decree for $23,503.14 with interest @ 0.1% per day, for the value of bunkers it had supplied to Russian vessel, MV MAIA-1.
