The Kerala High Court has set time limits for adjudication of regular and anticipatory bail applications filed before the High Court by accused in criminal cases..According to a notice issued on September 10, the Chief Justice has set an upper time limit of 2 weeks to dispose of regular bail applications. Time granted for counsel to get instructions in regular bail matters shall not be allowed to exceed 7 working days.
