The Kerala High Court has constituted a committee for the Welfare, Happiness and Grievance of Judicial Officers of District Judiciary (Committee) for redressal of grievances of judicial officers. .A dedicated email ID, judicare@kerala.gov.in, has also been created to enable swift resolution of grievances and fourteen district-level nodal officers have been appointed to facilitate the grievance redressal process.The High Court has also established Judicial Counselling Centre (JCC) comprising a panel of family court counsellors exclusively for the counselling of judicial officers.Additionally, a dedicated mobile number (7306425961) has been provided to ensure that officers can access counselling services whenever needed.Pertinently, the Committee will conduct medical check ups in all districts twice a year to monitor the overall health of judicial officers.
