Kerala High Court to use WhatsApp for communication with advocates, litigants
This WhatsApp service would only be an additional mode of communication, not a substitute for the issuance of notices, summons, etc., unless otherwise notified.
The Kerala High Court has decided to upgrade its messaging service for lawyers and litigants by incorporating WhatsApp into its Case Management System (CMS).
