Former Khaitan Partner Abhilekh Verma joins Kochhar

Former Khaitan & Co Partner Abhilekh Verma has joined Kochhar & Co. as a Senior Partner in the Corporate Commercial Practice of the firm.

Speaking on the development, Founding Member and Chairman, Rohit Kochhar said,

Abhilekh had joined Khaitan’s Bangalore office in 2011 after having successfully helmed PAV Law Offices, which he had co-founded.

He has also in the past worked as a Partner in JSA and briefly as an in-house Counsel with the Bharti Group.

Abhilekh has professional experience of over twenty years and specializes in corporate & business laws with focus on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, strategic tie ups, foreign inward and outbound investment.
