[Krishna Janmabhoomi case] Plea filed in Mathura court to seal Shahi Idgah Mosque
The plea moved by two lawyers, Mahendra Pratap Singh and Rajendra Maheshwari has cited the order passed by a Varanasi court in Gyanvapi mosque dispute to claim similar relief with respect to Shahi Idgah mosque.
Close on the heels of a Varanasi court order to seal area inside the Gyanvapi mosque from where Shivling is stated to have been recovered, a similar plea has been filed before a local court in Mathura to seal the Shahi Idgah mosque which is the subject matter of the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute.
