Lavin Hirani joins Naik Naik & Co as Associate Partner

Naik Naik & Co has hired Lavin Hirani as an Associate Partner in its Media & Entertainment practice..Hirani is a 2007 graduate of University of Mumbai. He also holds an LL.M. from the University of Manchester..He had previously worked with Naik Naik & Co for two years from 2010-2012, before joining Hariani and Company. In 2015, he joined Red Chillies Entertainment as Head of Legal Affairs. During this stint, he was also personal legal advisor to Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan. After working for three years at Red Chillies, he started his independent practice in November 2018..Naik Naik had also recently hired Vasundhara Kuthiala as an Associate Partner. Kuthiala is a GLC Mumbai grad, and holds an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham. She has previously worked at Kwan Entertainment, Bimal Parekh & Co, and DoIT Talent Ventures..The firm also recently hired Aparna Kalluri Choraria as a Principal Associate, and Gautam KM as a Manager. Both were previously associated with Star India..The Media & Entertainment practice of the firm now has two Equity Partners, two Associate Partners, and a team of 20 lawyers.
