Madras HC dismisses plea seeking action against former TN Chief Minister Paneerselvam for allegedly misusing his official police security

The Madras High Court today dismissed a writ petition filed by an AIADMK party member seeking action against former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Paneerselvam (OPS) for allegedly having misused his official police security to gain entry into the AIADMK headquarters and indulging in violence on July 11.

A single bench of Justice GK Ilanthirayin dismissed the plea filed by AIADMK party member Aadi Rajaram [Aadi Rajaram vs State of Tamil Nadu].
