Madras High Court outgoing Chief Justice MN Bhandari expresses happiness at disposal rate in state being highest during his tenure

Outgoing Chief Justice of the Madras High Court, Justice MN Bhandari said on Monday that he was most satisfied with the fact that during his tenure at the High Court, the disposal rate of cases remained one of the highest among all high courts in the country.
