Senior Advocate Billwadal Bhattacharya has been appointed as an Additional Advocate General of West Bengal.

He is the second AAG to be appointed this week. Earlier, Senior Advocate Rajdeep Mazumder was Additional Advocate General.

The appointments have been made pursuant to the BJP coming to power in West Bengal.
