The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for admission to the National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) has been postponed in view of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the national lockdown presently in place to curb its spread.

A notification issued in this regard by NLU Delhi further intimates that AILET will now be held on May 31, 2020 at 10 am-11.30 am.

It is added that this is subject to further notification, if any, by the Indian government on the COVID-19 situation.

The exam was initially scheduled to be held on May 3.

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) was also postponed recently for the same reason. This year's CLAT is now scheduled to be held on May 24.
