NLU Delhi Professor demoted to Associate Professor for 5 years after Inquiry Committee finds him guilty of misconduct

Vice-Chancellor of National Law University of Delhi (NLU Delhi) Dr Ranbir Singh has signed off on an order demoting Professor Jeet Singh Mann to the rank of Associate Professor for a 5-year period. This, after a departmental inquiry found that charges of misconduct made against the latter stood proved.

During this 5-year period, an embargo has also been imposed on promotions for Mann.
