Prof Harpreet Kaur took has taken charge as Registrar of National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) effective January 28..She replaces Prof Anupama Goel, who recently requested the Vice-Chancellor to relieve her of the additional responsibilities of Registrar owing to health issues. .Prof Kaur has around two decades of teaching and research experience. She joined NLU Delhi as a Professor of Law in 2011. She is the Director of the Centre for Corporate Law and Governance at the University.She teaches Company Law, Securities Regulations and Competition Law. She has also taught Law of Insurance and International Business Law at NLU Delhi. Among the many accolades to her credit, she also co-teaches Comparative Private Law at Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, Norway.
