Sometimes lawyers only obstruct justice by seeking adjournment after coming to court unprepared: Supreme Court

A Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli was hearing a matter of an 81-year-old seeking remission of his sentence, but the counsel sought adjournment as the arguing counsel for the petitioner was not present.
