Linklaters promotes NLSIU grad Sushil Jacob to partnership

Linklaters has promoted Counsel Sushil Jacob to partnership as part of the global promotions announced today. Linklaters elected 27 new partners across 11 offices in the firm’s global network.

The promotion takes effect on 1 May 2018.

Sushil joined Linklaters in 2007 as an associate in Hong Kong, before moving to London in 2010 as a managing associate. He was promoted to Counsel in 2015.

He has wide ranging experience advising on transactions relating to Indian cross-border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, advising both international and Indian clients.

Sushil is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He also holds an LL.M. from London School of Economics. He initially worked at AZB & Partners before joining Linklaters in 2007.
