234 contract workers from consumer forums move Supreme Court seeking parity with their counterparts at High Courts, District Courts

A group of 234 technical support staff members with various consumer forums or commissions across India, employed under third-party contracts, has moved the Supreme Court seeking parity with the staff working at judicial forums or commissions such as the High Courts, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Commission for Women, etc.
