41 years after murder conviction, Allahabad High Court lets off 4 convicts with ₹5,000 fine and lesser charge

The Court said the convicts have undergone "the trauma of being convicted persons" for almost 41 years and therefore the punishment of imposing a fine of ₹5,000 would be sufficient.
