5-year-old victim can understand 'good and bad touch': Mumbai Court refuses to grant bail to POCSO accused

A Special Court at Mumbai dealing with Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) cases placed reliance on the testimony of the 5-year old victim to reject the bail plea of the accused alleged to have committed aggravated sexual assault.
