AAP v. LG: Supreme Court three-Judge Bench to hear issue of 'services' after Dussehra vacation

On a mentioning of the matter before Chief Justice NV Ramana on Tuesday, it was stated that a three-judge Bench will be constituted to hear the case after the vacation.

A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court will hear issue of “services” under Schedule VII, List II, Entry 41 of the Constitution of India and the stand-off between the Lieutenant Governor and the AAP government in Delhi over the issue after the Dusshera vacation.
