[BREAKING] Special CBI court holds priest, nun guilty of murder of Sister Abhaya 28 years after the incident

The verdict comes more than 28 years after Sister Abhaya was found murdered at a convent in Kottayam district of Kerala.

A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Tuesday convicted Father Thomas Kottoor and Sister Sephy in the murder case of Sister Abhaya.

Special CBI Judge, Thiruvanathapuram K. Sanilkumar delivered the verdict today.

The sentence will be pronounced tomorrow, that is December 23, 2020.
