Advocate moves Supreme Court, claims failure to declare results of 17th All India Bar Exam jeopardizing right to practice

The petitioner contended that the AIBE results have not been declared even after a lapse of more than two-and-a-half months, and the same is jeopardizing her right to practice as an advocate.

A lawyer has moved the Supreme Court seeking a direction to the Bar Council of India (BCI) to declare the results of the 17th All India Bar Examination (AIBE) which was conducted in February this year.
